Since the invasion (TPLF) and the Ethiopian occupation supported by the United States of Somalia - Ethiopian troops of TPLF has committed (and still makes) the acts of crimes against the people of Somalia. Crimes of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity in Somalia especially in Mogadishu in violation of international law. The constant attacks and that the vast carpet bombing on civilian residential areas of Mogadishu, Somalia by Ethiopian troops moved 1,000,000 women and children of the people primarily. The people of Somalia is forced to live on an open ground and under the trees in the suburbs of the city without any help. Hospitals are overwhelmed with thousands of affected people of Somalia and death is mounting. At least 140 people were arrested by Kenyan authorities. After weeks in Kenyan custody, 85 detainees have been transferred illegally in Somalia and 81 further above in Ethiopia. While in custody in Ethiopia, many of the detainees were questioned by agents of the United States. Former detainees have alleged that several were tortured or otherwise ill-treated. Two women who were pregnant when arrested, they gave birth behind bars. All were complying with transfers from one state to another as the illegal practice of yield spread appears. The Ethiopian authorities have acknowledged the detention of only 41 people. BRITISH four citizens were freed in Somalia and have returned to the United Kingdom. That means that 40 detainees who were transferred illegally missing. In addition, 27 detainees do not appear on any of the passenger lists of flights scheduled in Somalia. Their location is unknown. There are no further news about Canadian national Bashir Ahmed Makhtal, which is still probably considered incomunicato the central research police (known as Maikelawi) in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa. Some or all may be missing detainees in secret detention in Ethiopia. Source: http://web.amnesty.org/wire/July2007/Horn_of_Africa Somalia, Ethiopia and Eritrea are located in E. Africa
